Description
Quick-screw tee connectors branch a third leg from pneumatic or shared cooling tubing in stainless. FerruleX tees in SS304/SS316/SS316L cover OD 4–6 mm / 1/8"–1/2" for multi-actuator air circuits. One run feeds two devices without stacking plastic Y fittings that crack in washdown. Plan near 1000 PSI working pressure. List run OD, branch OD and any thread ports on the FerruleX RFQ for stocked or hybrid tees. Cap unused branches with matching plugs during phased commissioning of air circuits. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
