Same catalog, different duty. Name the media and the environment on the RFQ so we do not quote a utility fitting into a chloride line.
Analyzer and instrument panels
Sample and purge lines use double-ferrule fittings,needle valves and BA or coil tube. Write tube OD, grade and thread. A missing OD is the usual reason a quote stalls.
Process skids
Shutoff is a ball valve. One-way flow is acheck valve. Movement between skids iscorrugated hose. Put the design pressure on the RFQ. We will not invent a class to fill the form.
Food and clean utilities
Say “hygienic” or “chloride wash” if that is the duty. Tri-clamp hose ends and SS316 are the usual ask. We will not substitute a general cast fitting unless you accept it in writing.
Marine and packaged equipment
Salt air usually means SS316. Imported skids often mix NPT and G on the same manifold. If the drawing leaves the catalog, useOEM and attach the file.
