OEM and non-catalog parts
If the part is in the catalog, order that SKU. If the drawing changes an end, a thread or a mark, send the file. We check whether we can machine it, then quote quantity and days.
What we will change
- One end metric compression, the other NPT, G or BSPT
- Elbows, tees, bulkheads and hose ends that are close to a catalog shape
- Your mark on the body, when the blank has room
- A kit of fittings and valves packed as one line for your assembly bench
What to attach
A PDF or STEP file, the grade, the quantity and the destination. If the part is almost acatalog item, name that page and list only the differences. That reply is faster than a blank-sheet quote.
Quantity and time
Custom MOQ and shop days are on the quotation, not on this page. A stocked sister size can often ship with the first custom lot so the panel is not waiting on one fitting. Factory days versus sea time are explained ondelivery.
