Description
Quick-screw female connectors mate stainless tube to female-threaded valves, cylinders and manifolds. FerruleX builds SS304/SS316/SS316L bodies for OD 4–6 mm / 1/8"–1/2" with female NPT, G or metric. When the port is already female, this fitting removes an extra nipple from the stack. Duty is typically air and water near 1000 PSI. List tube OD and female thread on the FerruleX RFQ; common sizes are stocked for export. Use sealant only on the male thread make-up, never inside the quick-screw tube bore.
Female quick-screw connectors are popular on FRL outlets and solenoid banks that ship with NPT ports from the valve maker. Use thread sealant or tape only on the male side of the joint, not inside the quick-screw tube bore. FerruleX can match parallel G threads when BSPP is on the drawing instead of NPT.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
