Description
Quick-screw straight connectors take tube OD to male or female thread on plant air drops and light fluid lines. FerruleX stainless steel tube fittings in SS304/SS316/SS316L cover OD 4–16 mm / 1/8"–1/2" with NPT, G or metric threads. The straight body keeps pressure drop low compared with an elbow stack. About 1000 PSI is the usual working class. Quote tube OD and thread gender to FerruleX for stocked fast delivery after RFQ. Confirm male versus female thread ends before the blank is selected from stock bins.
Straight quick-screw connectors replace many plastic push fittings when the customer wants stainless in a washdown area. Confirm whether the thread end is male or female before the blank is selected. FerruleX bags connectors by thread code to speed kitting on multi-drop air headers. Straight body for low pressure drop. NPT, G or metric options. ~1000 PSI working class.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
