Description
Quick-screw bulkhead connectors pass air or light fluid tubing through a panel with a locknut and quick-screw tube ends. FerruleX stainless steel tube fittings in SS304/SS316/SS316L cover OD 4–16 mm / 1/8"–1/2" at about 1000 PSI. Enclosure walls and skid panels stay sealed without welding stubs through the plate. This is a tube-fittings bulkhead, not a double-ferrule compression bulkhead — match the tube style accordingly. Confirm panel thickness and tube OD on the FerruleX RFQ for stocked bulkheads with fast delivery. Keep a spare locknut in the kit; it is the part most often dropped inside cabinets.
Drill the bulkhead hole cleanly so the locknut face sits flat; a tilted nut leaks past the panel gasket. If both sides of the wall use different OD tube, say so — FerruleX can machine a reducing bulkhead on RFQ. What should I send for a quote?

How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
