Description
Straight female stainless steel needle valves isolate and meter on threaded instrument manifolds and gauge blocks. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves use female NPT or G ports in a straight metering body. Bleed valves and gauge roots that already have male nipples prefer this pattern. Thread size is the primary RFQ dimension. FerruleX stocks common straight female needle valves for fast factory delivery after quote. Female needles accept a short nipple into a gauge without adding a male-to-female adapter. Do not use them as the only shutoff on a high-energy line if a ball valve is required by code. FerruleX can soft-seat tips when the RFQ notes oxygen-clean or special gas service.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
