Description
Straight compression stainless steel needle valves meter sampling, purge and gauge-isolation flows with a fine stem. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves use double-ferrule ends so instrument tubing connects without threaded adapters. Straight bodies keep the panel layout linear when throttling accuracy matters more than full-bore shutoff. Tube OD and packing preference belong on the RFQ. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
