Description
Straight quick-screw stainless steel ball valves combine quarter-turn isolation with fast tube ends for air lines. FerruleX SS304/SS316/SS316L valves target OD in the 4–6 mm class at about 1000 PSI so pneumatic OEM machines get valve and fitting in one body. Straight flow keeps drops short on manifold legs. Media is typically compressed air or light fluids after confirmation. List tube OD and handle preference on the FerruleX RFQ for stocked valves with fast shipping. Do not force hard instrumentation tube into quick-screw ends meant for soft tube OD.
Quick-screw valve ends are not double-ferrule ends — do not force hard instrumentation tube into them. If the line later converts to stainless tube with ferrules, swap to a compression-end ball valve instead. FerruleX kits these valves with matching tube inserts when the OEM ships soft tube. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
