Description
Compression union elbows route equal (or reducing) tube runs around a corner with double ferrules on both ends. FerruleX makes these stainless steel compression fittings in SS316/SS316L/SS304 for OD 3–25 mm / 1/8"–1". OEM cabinets and instrument tubing layouts stay compact without adding a welded bend. Standard pressure is about 1000 PSI with HP options on request. Ask FerruleX for equal or reducing elbow unions by listing both tube OD values on the RFQ; stocked pairs ship fast. Union elbows remove cold-bend risk that kinks thin-wall tube and ruins sealing surfaces.
Union elbows remove the need to cold-bend thin-wall tube in place, which often kinks and ruins ferrule sealing surfaces. Keep at least a short straight tube segment before each nut for proper ferrule engagement. FerruleX bags left and right reducing elbows separately when the BOM uses both orientations.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
