Description
Compression plug inserts seat inside the fitting to blank a tube port when a full three-piece kit is not required. FerruleX machines inserts in SS316/SS316L/SS304 for the double-ferrule OD you name on the RFQ. Service kits and field blanks use inserts to close a port that already has a nut on the body. They are not a substitute for the correct ferrule set if the nut is missing. State tube OD or fitting code on the FerruleX factory RFQ. Order a few extra inserts per OD; they disappear easily in field service bags.
Inserts are easy to lose in a parts bag — order a few extras for each OD on the skid. If the port will see frequent open/close cycles, prefer the full plug kit with fresh ferrules each time. What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
