Description
Compression bulkhead unions pass instrumentation tubing through a panel wall with double ferrules on both sides. FerruleX bulkheads in SS316/SS316L/SS304 cover OD 3–25 mm / 1/8"–1" and lock with a bulkhead nut for enclosure thickness. Control cabinets, analyzer shelters and skid walls stay sealed without welding a tube stub through the plate. Standard duty is about 1000 PSI; confirm panel thickness and OD on the RFQ. FerruleX stocks frequent bulkhead sizes for fast factory shipping after quote. Drill the panel hole to the recommended diameter so the locknut seats flat without tilt.

What should I send for a quote?
Size, material (SS304, SS316 or SS316L), quantity, end connection and destination. Add a sketch if the two ends are different.
How fast can this ship?
Stocked sizes usually leave 5–7 days after you confirm the quote. Make-to-order runs are about 15–25 days in production, then transit. Name the port if you want CIF.
Can I order a small trial or put my logo on it?
Yes. Trial quantities are quoted, and OEM marking or drawings are accepted. Payment is normally T/T with about 30% deposit, balance before shipment, or L/C at sight.
