Thread mismatch is a common cause of delayed orders. Our factory can machine NPT, G (BSPP), ZG/R (BSPT) and metric ends — but the RFQ must state which one you need.
Quick differences
- NPT — tapered, common in North American panels.
- G / BSPP — parallel, widely used in Europe and many OEM skids.
- Metric — M5–M24 style ports on instrumentation hardware.
What to send for a fast factory quote
- Tube OD or pipe size
- Thread standard on each end
- Material (SS304 / SS316)
- Quantity and destination
Mixed threads (metric compression × NPT male) are normal for export OEM work — list both ends clearly so we can confirm stock or machining lead time.
